Sometimes the mind keep hovering here and there thinking what is right and what is wrong??? Like every other normal human being, even my mind was searching answers to some questions that seemed like a vicious circle…
Is it a real bad thing to be a girl??? When parents say boys and girls are equal, where does the equality go when the girls are married off pretty early, when the girls are asked to be home real early after a birthday party, when the girls are not allowed to step alone outta home after clock strikes 9. Or are parents worried about what others have to say/think about the family???
People talk so much about the equality but do they really treat a girl and a boy equal??? The answer is a big NO..!!
Accept the fact or deny it but there surely is a line which separates a boy from a girl..When I talk about the line, its not a thin line but a real thick line..!! Partiality still exists in the society and no man can see a woman rising and flying like a free bird..her beautiful WINGS are cut under the pressure of societal norms and rituals…Does a girl really deserve such a treatment..NO, NEVER..!!
She is the most prettiest creation GOD has ever made..She is magnificent, she is strong, she is courageous, she is bold, she is beauty, she has brains, she is intelligent and a hard worker too..!
May be the guys don’t feel she is a cutie but a woman is filled with an inner beauty…Girls have a strength to do what they think is right, even if it means putting up a life long fight..!!The life that a girl seeks must be fast, the speed of life makes her laugh..!! The role a girl plays definitely deserves an applause ..!! J J

ReplyDeleteSpecially 2 things :-
1. The use of capital letters to express the stress on certain words
2. The last para which rhymes so well and is so true
Good to see you thinking on these lines. And I think I can imagine where it comes from. Its mainly society that has embarked this image on us. If you see abroad some places women are treated equally and more freely. Where as in others , they are even more ill treated. The fact remains however, what we choose to do with it. And I would say each one of us can change from within. Give our sisters, mothers and spouses those spaces that they have far more deserved than desired. And that should be the start.....good going buddy , keep them coming...
